The Bach healing system is comprised of 38 different plant essences, each corresponding with a specific emotional or mental state. They are completely natural remedies extracted from wild flowers and tree blossom. Subtle yet powerful, they offer the support needed to help us gain perspective, shift negativity and achieve emotional balance. Helpful for long standing issues such as anxiety, insecurity or discontent helping to find a balanced state. Equally effective for short term challenges such as exams, job interviews or a visit to the dentist allowing us to access a sense of inner calm and control. I call this the "hug in a bottle" treatment. Initial consultation £20 including a 3 weeks supply of mixture, follow ups £15 when you bring your original bottle to be refilled.
